County as i,er contract for the year 1965; and it appearing to the Court that the sum of

existing contractual terms, it is Ordered on :notion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clark and Treasurer
be, and are hereby directed to draw a voucher on the General Fund for rendition of rublic Libn3ry
Service for Kerr County as per contract for the year 1965,

On this the 11th day of January 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the necessity
to make notice by publication for the County Depository for two ensuing years, as per Article
X544, Vernon's Texas Statutes, ant it appearing to the Court that such notice should be in
compliance with Article 251~2r V,T,S, to enter into a contract with any banking corporation,
association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository of the County Funds, County
and District Court Trust Funds, and County Public School Funds of said County in any bank;
therefore, on motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner SchwetheLn and
unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be, and is hereby directed to issue
such notice of cublication in the official newspaper of Kerr County located within the City of
Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, within twenty days before the Regular February Term, to comply
with said Article 2544, V.T,S.

On this the 11th day of January 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the day and
dates to be fixed by the Court as legal holidays for the year 1965 , also that the Court House
shall be closed on those days, and the Court is of the opinion that the following days and dates
are and shall be declared as legal holidays for the County:

Therefore, on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously approved that the County observe all the above mentioned holidays.
