~~'`~~ ~0, 9901 ORDER An4EIIDIN:, ORD13R N0, 9882 REGULATING SMOKING IN DISTRICT COURT ROOM '~ On this the 11th day of January, 1965 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of amending Order No. 9852 dated Decamber 31, 1964 regulating smoking in certain areas of the District Court Room of the Kerr County Court House, and it appearing to the Court that the Hon, Marvin Blackburn, Jr., Judge of the Second 35th District Court has ordered that there be no smoking or consumption of food or beverages in any portion of the District Court Room at any time when the Court Room is being used by the said Court and it further appearing that in the interests of uniformity of rolicy on this matter all persons using the Court Hocm should be su'oject to the same regulations, it is ordered on motion by Corcnissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Mosty and unanimously approved by the Court that Order No, 9562, dated Dec. 31, 1964, be amended b,r add:.ng thereto the following: Provided however, that so long as the Presiding Judge of the Second 35th District Court prohibits smoking and the consumption of food or beverages in all portions of the said District Court Room, the saws regulations shall apply to all persons using any portion of the said Court Room for any purpose at any time and it is further ordered that the Sheriff of Y•.err County is to enforce this regulation at all times and :a ithout exception, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0, 9902 RSADING A21D A'rYROVAL CF MINU'PES OF SPECIAL TTSRMS On this the 11th day of January 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of the Special Terms of Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, from pa gas 216 thru 219, Volume M. o-o-o-o-o-o-c-o-o-o N0, 9903 ORDER SETTIDIi SALARIP;S Or' e:LICTSD COUIITY AID F'f~ECINCT OFFICIALS OF K~RR COf~I3TY Hl~ft T?sE YEAR 1965 On this the 11th day of January 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of setting the salaries and allowances of elected County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing that the methoc? of compensation has been duly set by the Court according to law, it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner '~ Mosty, with Commissioners Bartel and Mosty voting "AYE'' and Commi ssioners Schwethelm and Stone voting "P10" and County Judge Neunhoffer voting "AYE", s aid motion carrying by a majority vote that the annual ealarios for tha G£ficials hereafter de si;nated, be set as follows, effective January 1st, 196y, payable from the fl,nds as indicated: Emmie ?~?.
