On this the 11th day of January, 1965 came on to be heard an~i considered by the Court the natter of amending Order No, 9882 dated December 31, 1964 regulating smoking in certain areas of the District Court Room of the Kerr County Court House, and it appearing to the Court that the Hon, Marvin Blackburn, Jr „ Judge of the Second 38th District Court has ordered that there be no smoking or consumption of food or beverages in any portion of the District Court Room at any time when the Court Room is being used by the said Court and it further appearing that in the interests of uniformity of rolicy en this matter all persons using the Court Room should be su'oiect to the same regulations, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner i4osty and unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 9662, dated Dec. 31, 1964, be amended by adding thereto the following: Provided however, that so lon as the Presiding Judge of the Second 38th District Court prohibits smokin; and the consumption of food or beverages in all portions of the said District Court Room, the same regulations shall apply to all persons using any portion of the said Court ~, Room for any rurpose at any time and it is further ordered that the Sheriff of Y>err County is to enforce this regulation at all times and without exception, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0, 9902 READING AND AePROVAG OF ti:IIQUPES OF SPrCIAL TERMS On this the 11th day of January 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of the Special Terms of Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, from pa gas 216 thru 219, Volume M, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 9903 ORDER SE'TTIN,^, SALARIiIS OF r;LiCTED COU't~"PY AiID F13ECINCT OF'F'ICIALS OF' :~;LRR COUNTY NUH T'rZL YEAR 1965 On this the 11th Say of January 1965, came on to be consider ed by the Court the mat ter of setting the salaries and allowances of elected County and Prec inct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing that the met!tod of compensation has been duly set by the Court a ccording to law, it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commission er .-.
