N0, 9909 TRANSFER OF $1,000.00 FROM F. M. LATERAL ROAD FUND TO F.M. 2771 R/W FUND
On this 15th day of January 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasur-
er be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $1,000.00 from the F/M Lateral Road
Fund to the F/M 2771 R/W Fund.

N0, 9910 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF L. G. LACKEY
On this 15th day of January 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Couzt unanimously approved the claim of L, G. Lackey in the amount
of $512.00 for County work to 1-13-65 and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to
draw a voucher payable to L. G. Lackey in the amount of $512.00 out of the F/M 2771 R/W Fund.

and F/M 2771 R~?r,` Fund, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed on page E!94, Vouchsr P1os,
11695 thru 11697, *which were made a cart hareo£ and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court,
