N0, 9909 TRANSFER OF $1,000.00 FROM F. M. LATERAL ROAD FUND TO F.M. 2771 R/W FUND
On this 15th day of January 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasur-
er be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $1,000.00 from the F/M Lateral Road
Fund to the F/M 2771 R/W Fund.

NO. 9910 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF L. G. LACKEY
On this 15th day of January 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the claim of L. G. Lackey in the amount
of $512.00 for County work to 1-13-65 and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to
draw a voucher payable to L. G, Lackey in the amount of $512.00 out of the F/M 2771 R/W Fund.

and F/M 2771 R/'r; Fund, as sho~sm in the T,+?inutes of Acco~;nts Allowed on page fgl+, Voucher Nos,
11695 thru 11697, which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissicner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court,

On this the 29th day of January 1965, upon motion :Wade by Commissioner St~~ne, seconded
by Cemmissioner Eartel, S.t was unanimcusly approved by the Court that the lease of Robert E,
Sieker, doing business as Kerrville Flying Service as recorded in Vol, L, page 16~ of the
Commissioners' Court Minutes be extended fer an ad iitional seven years beyond the oriinal
expiration date. That said lease shall run to June 1, 195 and that the County Judge be

COUNTY OF KERB Q KNOld ALL MET? BY THESE PRESENTS:
That '.~;TiEREAS, on the 15th day of May, A.D. 195P. a certain lease agreement was entered
into between the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Municipal Corporation under the laws of the State
of Texas, and Kerr County, Texas, a governmental Subdivision of the State of Texas, as Lessors
and joint owners of the therein described property ana Robert E, Sieker of Kerr County, Texas,
doing business as Kerrville Flying Service as Lessee, which said lease is of record in Volume
L, °age 16 E', et seq, of the Minutes of the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, and
'sl"rIEREAS, the parties to the aforesaid lease agreement have now found it desirable and
mutually advantageous to extend the original term of the said lease for a period of seven
years beyond the original oxr,iration date of said lease, to-wit: June 1, 197; now,
THEREFORE, for the Payment of a valuable consideration by the Lessee to the Lessors,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, it is mutually agreed by aforesaid City of Kerrville,
acting herein by and through its t%!ayor and City Clerk, duly authorized to execute this instru-
ment by ordinance heretofore properly passed b~* the City Council of the said City of Kerrville
and tre aforesaid Kerr County, Texas, acting herein by and through its County Judge, duly
authorized to so act b~Y order heretofore pawed by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County,
Texas, b;~ order r'n,ly entered in the Minutes of the said Gourt, as Lessors and the said Robert
E, Sieker, dcine; business as aforesaid, as Lesseo, that mart 1} of the original aforesaid lease
a~,reement is hereby amended tc read as follows:
''This lease aree,~ent shall be in full force and affect for a Feried of to;enty-seven years
from and after J~an© 1, 1"~5~, namely, until June 1, 19F5."
It is mutually agreed by the rarties hereto trat the aforesaid amendment is made and
entered into for the sole purpose of exten-ling the ter*.n of the original lease for a period of
seven (?) years beyond the originally designated date of termination and for no other purFose
and that z11 otherr.rovisions of the aforesaid lease as originally set forth shall remain in
full 1'urce and effect throughout such period of extension if not otherwise terminated.
In witness whereof, the ,rarties hereto have set their hands in triFlicate this the 29th
day of January, 1965, pursuant to the ordinance and resolution heretofore enacted, duly
authorizing the execution of this lease bg the signatories appended hereto
