BY THESE PRESENTS: That '.~;TiEREAS, on the 15th day of May, A.D. 195P. a certain lease agreement was entered into between the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Municipal Corporation under the laws of the State of Texas, and Kerr County, Texas, a governmental Subdivision of the State of Texas, as Lessors and joint owners of the therein described property ana Robert E, Sieker of Kerr County, Texas, doing business as Kerrville Flying Service as Lessee, which said lease is of record in Volume L, °age 16 E', et seq, of the Minutes of the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, and 'sl"rIEREAS, the parties to the aforesaid lease agreement have now found it desirable and mutually advantageous to extend the original term of the said lease for a period of seven years beyond the original oxr,iration date of said lease, to-wit: June 1, 197; now, THEREFORE, for the Payment of a valuable consideration by the Lessee to the Lessors, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, it is mutually agreed by aforesaid City of Kerrville, acting herein by and through its t%!ayor and City Clerk, duly authorized to execute this instru- ment by ordinance heretofore properly passed b~* the City Council of the said City of Kerrville and tre aforesaid Kerr County, Texas, acting herein by and through its County Judge, duly authorized to so act b~Y order heretofore pawed by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, b;~ order r'n,ly entered in the Minutes of the said Gourt, as Lessors and the said Robert E, Sieker, dcine; business as aforesaid, as Lesseo, that mart 1} of the original aforesaid lease a~,reement is hereby amended tc read as follows: ''This lease aree,~ent shall be in full force and affect for a Feried of to;enty-seven years from and after J~an© 1, 1"~5~, namely, until June 1, 19F5."
