On this the 9th day of January 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner btosty, the Court unanimously arproved that the County Clerh and County Treasur-
er be, and are hereby directed to transfer thcr sum of "2,000,00 from the General Fumd to the
Permanent Improvement Fund.
