Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie ICI. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the iniebtedness,
expenditures and rece°pts of Kerr Ccunty for the Quarter beginnint- November 1, 1964 and ending
Ja:~uary ;1, 1965, and the sa~!e having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct.
Upon motion made bg Commissi.oner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, said report
was unanimously arproved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference ar.d subject to

came on for examination the 6uarterly Resort of P^.rs. E, M, ificDcnald, County Treasurer of said
County, for the period beginning on the first day of iovember 1964 and sr.ding the 31st day oI'
January 1?65, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing tc the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part the rer,f; and that said accounts received and raid out of the respective funds, since
the filing Gf the preceding report and during the period above stated, are correct as therein
shown.
IT IS 1'uEREFOItE ORDERED b;t the Court that the said detailed report be, and the sane is
hereby arproved, and the Clerk Gf this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided for the Minutes cf County Finances, an_9 that proper credits be mad; in the
