the matter Gf compensation to be offered Lester Alton Pearson ar,d wire, Mary Annrearson for
the conveyance of right-Gf-way required for State F?ighway 39 at Ingram, and after due con-
sideration by the Court, it is ordered. on motion b;* Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commis-
sioner Stone, and unanimous?.y approved b=~ the Court, that Kerr County hereby offers to iay the
said Lester Allen Fearsun and wife, i~fary Ann Pearson, the sum cf X950,00 for land and damages
as consideration for their c<nveyance to the State of Texas of O,C75 acres of land out of
Survey No, 129, F, Trevenio, in the town of Ingram, such Payment to be made upon approval. by
the Texas Highwa~r Derartment of their proierty executed deed of conveyance, and upon delivery
to Kerr County of a prorerly executed partial release of the existing outstam3ing indebted-
ness against t;he land to be conveyed, with ra;~*msnt to be made before the instruments concerned
are placed of record, irovided further that in event any of the existing improvements on the
aforesaid 0.075 acre rarcel of land are retained by the owners, the comrensatior. herein offer- .~-..
ed shall be reduced by the approved retention value of such retained improvements, anc it is
further orderers that upon approval of the instruments concrned by t'ne Texas 'rti~hway Depart-
