the conveyance of right-of-way reeuirsd for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due con-
sideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Ccmmissioner Bartel, seccnded by Commis-
siGner Stone, and ~znanimous?.y approved b;~ the Court, that Ksrr County hereby offers to ray the
said Lester Allen Pearson and wife, ,'Mary Ann rearson, the sum of ~:950.C0 for land and damages
as consideration for their conveyarce tc the State of Texas of 0,075 acres of land out Gf
Survey No. 129, F, Trsvenio, in the town of Ingram, such payment to be made upon approval by
the 'Pexas Highwa~% Derartment of their proierly executed dsed of conveyance, and upon delivery
to Kerr County of a prorerly executed rartial release of the existing outstanding indebted-
ness against the land to bs conveyed, with payment to be made before the instruments concerned
are placed of record, provided further that in event any of *, he existing improveme?:ts cn the
aforesaid C,075 acre rarcel of land are retained by the owre.rs, the comper.sati.on herein offer-
ed shall be reduced by the a~•proved retention value of such retained improvements, anc? it is
