On this the 17th day of February, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of compensation to be offered Earl Buxton and wife, Linnie Buxton, for the convey-
ance of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by
the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm,
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Earl
Buxton and wife, Linnie B1>xton the sum of $1,250.00 for land and damages as a consideration
for their conve;~ance to the State of Texas of 0.200 acres of land out of Survey '.Jo. 129, F.
