SCHEIRTON TO SERVE AS NIGHTWATCHMAN On this the 8th day of March 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the application of Sheriff Leon F, Maples, for authority to deputize George W. Scheirton as Deputy Sheriff- Nightwatchman. It appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to said Deputy and that his application should be approved; therefore on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize George W, Scheirton as Deputy Sheriff-Nightwatchman, at a salary of X100,00 per mont'_~, plus travel allowance of ~p30.00 par month. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 9945 OFr^ER TO THS HEIRS OF S. LEE, DECEASED, FOR RIGHT-GF-MAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 39 AT INGRAM On this the 8th day of March, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered the seven heirs of S. M, Lee, Deceased, for the convey- "" ante of right-of-way required for State Highway 3q at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissions Stone, seconded by Commissioner ~Iosty, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the seven heirs at law of S. M, Lee, Deceased, the sum of X910,00 for land and damages as a consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0,137 acres of land out of Survey No, 12y, F, `Previno in the town of Ingram, such payment to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed deed of conveyance, with payment to be made before the conveyance is placed of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of convey- ante by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw seven individual vouchers on the Highway 39 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of $130.00 each with one voucher to be payable to each of the following seven heirs at law of S.
