On this the 12th day of April 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that James Fuller be granted assistance in
the amount of "!37.00 monthly, payable out of the General Fund, payable to the Colonial Rest
Home, effective as of April 1, 1965.

On this the 12th day of April 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner 5chwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Carmen Garcia be granted assist-
ance in the amount of :~~30,00 monthly, payable out of the General Fund, payable to the Sunny-
side Nursing Home, effective as of April 1, 1965.

On this the 12th day of April 1965, upon motion made by Corr¢nissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved the request of Aime Frank Real to use the
Agriculture Exhibition Building on June 9, 10, 11 and 12, 1965 for a lamb sale, with a charge
of "25.00 per day, plus janitor service,

STATE HIGHWAY 39 AT 1NGRAM
On this the 12th day of April, 1965, came on to b© heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be offered Malcolm 0, Fitzgerald and wife, Wilma Fitzgerald, for the
conveyance of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration
by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwet-
helm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said
Malcolm 0, Fitzgerald and wife, Wilma Fitzgerald, the sum of X45.00 for land, damages and sign
"~' relocation as a consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.016 acres of
land out of Survey 129, F. Trevino, in the town of Ingram, such payment to be made upon approval.
by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed deed of conveyance and partial
release of all outstanding liens and indebtedness as to the property conveyed, with payment to
he made before the conveyance is placed of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval
of the instrument of conveyance and partial release of liens and indebtedness by the Texas
Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway
