FITZGERALD AND IJIFE, WILMA FITZGERALD, FOR RIGHT-OF-:JAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 39 AT INGRAM On this the 12th day of April, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Malcolm 0, Fitzgerald and wife, Wilma Fitzgerald, for the conveyance of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwet- helm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Malcolm 0. Fitzgerald and wife, Wilma Fitzgerald, the sum of X45.00 for land, damages and sign '~' relocation as a consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.016 acres of land out of Survey 129, F.
