On this the 12th day of April 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that James Fuller be granted assistance in
the amount of x'37,00 monthly, payable out of the General Fund, payable to the Colonial Rest
Home, effective as of April 1, 1965.

On this the 12th day of April 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Carmen Garcia be granted assist-
ante in the amount of ~~30,00 monthly, payable out of the General Fund, payable to the Sunny-
side Nursing Home, effective as of April 1, 1965.

JUNE 9, 10, 11 and 12, 1965
On this the 12th day of April 1965, upon motion made by Commmissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner P4osty, the Court unanimously approved the request of Aime Frank Real to use the
Agriculture Exhibition Building on June 9, 10, 11 and 12, 1465 for a lamb sale, with a charge
of X25.00 per day, plus janitor service,

N0, 9965 OFF`GR TO 'KALCOLM 0. FITZGERALD AND IJIFE, WILMA FITZGERALD, FOR RIGHT-OF-:JAY FOR
STATE HIGHWAY 39 AT INGRAM
On this the 12th day of April, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be offered Malcolm 0, Fitzgerald and wife, Wilma Fitzgerald, for the
conveyance of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration
by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwet-
helm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said
Malcolm 0. Fitzgerald and wife, Wilma Fitzgerald, the sum of X45.00 for land, damages and sign
'~' relocation as a consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.016 acres of
land out of Survey 129, F. Trevino, in the town of Ingram, such payment to be made upon approval
by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed deed of conveyance and partial
release of all outstanding liens and indebtedness as to the property conveyed, with payment to
be made before the conveyance is placed of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval
of the instrument of conveyance and partial release of liens and indebtedness by the Texas
Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway
39 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of X45,00, payable to Malcolm 0, Fitzgerald and Wilma
Fitzgerald,
