On this the 12th day of April 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner 5chwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Carmen Garcia be granted assist-
ance in the amount of :30.00 monthly, payable out of the General Fund, payable to the Sunny-
side Nursing Home, effective as of April 1, 1965.

STATE HIGHWAY 39 AT INGRAM
On this the 12th day of April, 1965, came on to be heard and considsred by the Court the
matter of compensation to he offered Malcolm 0, Fitzgerald and wife, Wilma Fitzgerald, for the
conveyance of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration
by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwet-
helm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said
Malcolm 0, Fitzgerald and wife, Wilma Fitzgerald, the sum of X45,00 for land, damages and sign
.-. relocation as a consideration for their conveyance t,o the State of Texas of 0.016 acres of
land out of Survey 12_9, F. Trevino, in the town of Ingram, such payment to be made upon approval
by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed deed of conveyance and partial
release of all outstanding liens and indebtedness as to the property conveyed, with payment to
be made before the conveyance is placed of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval
of the instrument of conveyance and partial release of liens and indebtedness by the Texas
Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway
39 Right-of-TJay Fund in the amount of X45,00, payable to Malcolm 0. Fitzgerald and Wilme
Fitzgerald.

matter of compensation to be offered The Presbytery of Alamo, United Presbyterian Church in
the United States of America, hereinafter referred to as the Presbyterian Church, for the
conveyance of right-of-way required Por State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration
by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner

Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the
said Presbyterian Church the sum of x^245.00 for land, damages and sign relocation as a con-
sideration for its conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.107 acres of land out of Survey 129,
F, Trevino, in the town of Ingram, such payment to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway
Department of its properly executed deed of conveyance and partial release of all outstanding
indebtedness against the property conveyed, with payment to be made before the conveyance is
placed of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance
and partial release of indebtedness by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer

On this the 12th day of April, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be paid the Estate of Emuel Crider, N,C,M „ and Mrs, Ollie Crider
for conveyance of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due con-
sideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr Gounty hereby offers to pay
the Estate of Emuel Crider, N, C, M., and Mrs. Ollie Crider individually the total sum of
550.00 for land and damages as consideration for the properly authorized conveyance by the
Guardian of the Estate of Emuel Crider, N,C,M., and for the conveyance by Mrs, Ollie Crider
individually, to the State of Texas of 0.252 acres of land out of Survey 129, F, Trevino, in
the town of Ingram, such payment to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of
their properly executed deed of conveyance, with payment to be made before the conveyance is
placed of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance
by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw two
vouchers on the Highway 39 Right-of-?play Fund totaling X550,00 and payable as follows:
