Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the
said Presbyterian Church the sum of ?~2L~5,00 for land, damages and sign relocation as a con-
sideration for its conveyance to the State of Texas of 0,107 acres of land out of Survey 129,
F, Trevino, in the town of Ingram, such payment to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway
Department of its properly executed deed of conveyance and partial release of all outstanding
indebtedness against the property conveyed, with payment to be made before the conveyance is
placed of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance
and partial release of indebtedness by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasure=r
be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 39 Right-of-?day Fund in the amount of ~21~5,00
payable to the Presbytery of Alamo, United Presbyterian Church in the United States of America,
or to such other unit of the Presbyterian Church as its authorized officers may designate in
writing,

FOR STATE HIGHWAY 39 AT INGRAM
On this the 12th day of April, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be paid the Estate oŁ F,muel Crider, N,C,M., and Mrs. Ollie Crider
for conveyance of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due con-
sideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay
the Estate of Emuel Crider, N. C, M., and Mrs, Ollie Crider individually the total sum of
~550,0o for land and damages as consideration for the properly authorized conveyance by the
Guardian of the Estate of Emuel Crider, N,C,M „ and for the conveyance by Mrs, Ollie Crider
individually, to the State of Texas of 0.252 acres of land out of Survey 129, F. Trevino, in
the town of Ingram, such payment to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of
their properly executed deed of conveyance, with payment to be made before the conveyance is
placed of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance
by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw two
vouchers on the Highway 39 Right-of-~rlay Fund totaling X550.00 and payable as follows:
1, Voucher in amount of X275,00 payable to Mrs. Ollie Crider, Guardian of the Estate
of Emuel Crider, N, C, M.
2, Voucher in the amount of X275,00 payable to Mrs, Ollie Crider,

by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of ~~'162,18 from the F. M, Lateral
Road Fund to the F, M, 2771 R/W Fund,
