On this the 23rd day of April, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of compensation to bs offered Norma Massey, a fame sole, for the conveyance of
right-cf-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seccnded by Commissioner Stone and un-
animously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Norma Massey
the sum of x"1,000.00 for land and damages as a consideration for her conveyance to the State
of Texas of 0,168 acres of land out of Survey No. 129, F, Trevino, in the town of Ingram,
