On this the 10th day of May 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the allowance of Firs, Allie
Crenshaw be extended for six months, from June 1, 1965.

On this t?ie 1Cth dap of May, 1965 came on to be heard and considered by the Court its
Order No. 9971 heretofore entered on April 12, 1965, wherein the Court did request the Texas
Highway Department to convey three parcels of abandoned Right-of-Way of F, rf. Road 689 to Kerr

County, said three parcels being described in Exhibits "A" and "B" as are made a portion of
the said order as originally entered, and it appearing to the Court that a review by the Texas
Highway Department of the legal status of Parcel No, 2 as described in the said order requires
direct reconveyance to the present o~r!ner of the fee title by the State of Texas, it is ordered
cn motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by
the Court that Order No, 9971 as heretofore entered by the Court on April 12, 1966, be amended
se as to request the Texas Highway Department; to convey that portion of abandoned right-ef-way
of F. ^?. Road 6F9 in Kerr County described as Parcel No. 2 in said order and as further describ-
ed in Fxhi_bit "A" of said order directly to the rresent ownor of the fee title of said Parcel,
Carl D. Meek of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, and it is further ordered that Kerr County's
original request to the Texas Highway Department to reconvey Parcels 3 and 4 of said abandoned
F, '?, 6R9 Right-ef-Way as set forth i_n said Order No, 9971 to Kerr County be restated and that
the Clerk be directed to furnish two certified copies of this order to the Texas Highway

FOR STATE HISHWAY 39 AT INGRAM
On this the 10th day of May, 1965 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be offered Fhilip Eugene Littlefield and wife, Viola Rut'r. Littlefield,
for the conve~+anca of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due
consideration by the Court it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sLon~r Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the
said Philip Eugene Littlefield and Viola Ruth hi.ttlefield the sum of ~~"1,800.00 for land and
damages as consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.437 acres of land out
of Survey 1?_9, F. Trevino, in the town of Ingra^;, such payment to be made upon approval by the
Texas Highway Department of their properly executed deed of conveyance, with payment to be made
before the conveyance is placed of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the
instrument of conveyance by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer be -
authorized to draw two vouchers on the ITi~rhway ?9 Right-of-:Jay Fund as follows:
1. Voucher in the amount of X900.00 payable to Fhilip Eugene Littlefield
2, Voucher in the amount of .'900.00 payable to Viols Ruth Littlefield
