ROAD 689 IN KERB COUNTY On this the 1Cth day of May, 1965 came on to be heard and considered by the Court its Order No. 9971 heretofore entered on April 12, 1965, wherein the Court did request the Texas Highway Department to convey three parcels of abandoned Right-of-Way of F, f. Road 689 to Kerr County, said three parcels being described in Exhibits "A" and "B" as are made a portion oŁ the said order as originally entered, and it appearing to the Court that a review by the Texas Highway Department of the legal status of Parcel No, 2 as described in the said order requires direct reccnveyance to the present o~r!ner of the fee title by the State of Texas, it is ordered cn motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Order No, 9971 as heretofore entered by the Court on April 12, 1966, be amended so as to request the Texas Highway Department to convey that portion of abandoned right-ef-way of F, '~, Road 6P9 in Kerr County described as Paresl No. 2 in said order and as further describ- ed in Exhi.hit "A" of said order directly to the r.resent own or of the fee title of said Farcel, Carl D. Meek of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, and it is further ordered that Kerr County's original request to the Texas Highway Department to reconvey Parcels 3 and 4 of said abandoned F. `^. 6R9 Right-of-Way as set forth in said Order No, 9971 to Kerr County be restated and that the Clerk be directed to furnish two certified copies of this order to the Texas Highway Department, '-' o-o-o-o-o-o-o-e-o-o N0, 9986 OFFER TO PHILIP EUGENE LITTLEFIELD AND WIFE, VIOLA RUTH LITTLF.FIELD FnR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOH STATE HI:HWAY 39 AT INGRAM On this the 10th day of May, 1965 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Fhilip Eugene Littlefield and wife, Viola Ruth Littlefield, for the conveyance of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 at In°ram, and after due consideration by the Court it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis- sioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Philip Eugene Littlefield and Viola Ruth Littlefield the sum of X1,800.00 for land and damages as consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0,437 acres of land out of Survey 129, F, Trevino, in the town of Ingram, such payment to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed deed of conveyance, with payment to be made before the conveyance is placed of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer be ~' authorized to draw two vouchers on the Highway 39 Right-of-':•lay Fund as follows: 1.
