by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that those Court House US'fices who
are not required to assist in tt;e function of the District Court to ohserve `iay 31, 1965 as a
Holiday,

Un this the 2bth day of May 1965 came on to be heard and considered by° the Court trxe
matter of the Conmissioners' Court sitting as a Board of Equalization, and it appearing to the
Court that the same is a necessity; therefore on :notion made by Corwnissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the Com:eissioners' Court convene on
Friday, June 1Pth, 1965, commencing at 9:Ou o'clock A,;4, and meeting until 12:00 o'clock noon
and that proper notices 'G~e published and also notices be mailed to t}~.ose property owners whose
valuations the Court proposes tc change,

On this the 1~.th day of June, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be offered Mrs, Eddie Lea Reagan and husband, Claude C, Reagan, Sr.,
and C, R, (Curtis) Colbath and wife, Eula Colbath for the conveyance of right-of-way required
for State Highway 39 at Ingram; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by
the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said I•irs, Eddie Lee Reagan, as owner of
record, and the said C, R, (Curtis) Colbath and wife, Eula Colbath, as the holders of an
option to purchase the land concerned by virtue of an unrecorded contract of sale dated July
8, 195x, the total sum of ~y2,800.00 for land and damages as consideration for their conveyance
to the State of Texas of 0.192 acres of land out of Survey 129, F. Trevino, in the town of
Ingram, it being stipulated that title to improvements bisected by the right-of-way line shall
vest in the State of Texas and that the owners shall retain title to the water well pump,
equipment and pipes located on the premises conveyed and shall remove the same by August 1,
1965, unless left loner by agreement with the Texas Highway Department and it is ordered that
payment of the consideration herein offered will be made upon approval by the Texas Highway
