On this the 14th day of June 196$, came on to be considered by the Court the application
of Leon F, Maples, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to deputize the following
persons and it appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to said deputies and that
his application should be approved; thereforo on motion made by Conunissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner i%osty, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to
deputize the following:
RAYMOND LEE RHODES, Deputy Sheriff at a salary of 523900.00 par annum, eifective as
of June 14, 196$.

of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Charlotte Vaught
as Deputy County Clerk, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to said
