On this the 18th day of June 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner ^rIosty, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Tfiesa Verde Section One,

N0, 10,018 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS ANA ACCOUNTS
On this the 18th day of June 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims
and accounts against Kerr County sines the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were
approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of the Jury Fund and Road
and Bridge No. 1 Fund, as shown in the ,iinu.tes of Accounts Allowed on Page 927, Voucher Nos.
`- 12731 thru 12733, which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court,

N0. 10,019 OFFER TO H. L. SUBLETT FOR RIGHT-GF-WAY FOR STA'PE HIGHWAY 39 AT INGRAM
On this the lath day of June, 1965, carte on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be offered H, L, Sublett for the conveyance of right-cf-way required
for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and aFproved by a majority vote
with Commissioners Stone, Bartel and Mosty voting "Aye" and Commissioner Schwethelm voting
"No" that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said H, L, Sublett the sum of X7,000.00 for land
acid damages as consideration for his conveyance to the State of 'Pexas of 2.743 acres of land
out of Survey 130, F, Trevino, west of Johnson CreeTc, such payment to be made upon approval by
the Texas Highway Department of his properly executed deed of conveyance, wit'n payment to be

made before the conveyance is placed of record;
And it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance by the Toxas
Highway Department,	the	C1erT: and	the	Treasurer	be authorized	to	draw a voucher	on the Highway
39 Right-of-t9ay Fund	in	the amount	of	w7,000.00	payable to H.	L.	Sublett,

On this the 18th day of June, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be offered Pink Lee and wife, Abby Lee, for the conveyance of right-
of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram; and after due consideration by the Court, it
is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said PinT; Lee and Abby Lee the
sum of X1,000.00 for land and damages as consideration for their conveyance to the State of
Toxas of 0.198 acres of land out of Survey 129, F, Trevino, in the town of Ingram, such payment
to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed dead of
conveyanc©, with payment to be made before the conveyance is placed of record;
And it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance by the Texas
Highway Department, the Clark and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway
