on this the 18th day of June 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims
and accounts against Kerr County sines the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were
approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of the Jury Fund and Road
and Bridge No. 1 Fund, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed on Page 927, Voucher Nos.

N0. 10,019 OFFER TO H. L. SUBLETT FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 39 AT INGRAM
On this the pith day of June, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be offered H, L, Sublett for the conveyance of right-cf-way required
for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and approved by a :uajority vote
with Commissionary Stone, Bartel and Mosty voting "Aye" and Commissioner Schwethelm voting
'~No'~ that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said H, L, Sublett the sum of ~p7,000.00 for land
and damages as consideration for his conveyance to the State of 'T'exas of 2.713 acres of land
out of Survey 130, F. Trevino, west of Johnson Creek, such payment to be made upon approval by
the Texas Highway Department of his properly executed deod of conveyance, with payment to be
made before the convayazice is placed of record;
And it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance by the Texas
Highway Department, the Cler}: and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway
39 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of N7,OO0.00 payable to H. L. Sublett.

On this the 18th day of June, 19b5, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
mattor of compensation to be offered Yink Lee and wife, Abby Lee, for the conveyance of right-
of-way required for State Highvaay 39 at Ingram; and after due consideration by the Court, it
is ordered on motion by Conunissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court that Karr County hereby offers to pay the said Pin}; Lee and Abby Lee the
sum of X1,000.00 for land and damages as consideration for their conveyance to the State of
Texas of G.198 acres of land out of Survey 129, F, Trevino, in the town of Ingra.'n, such payment
to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed deed of
conveyance, with payment to be made before the convoyance is placed of record;
And it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance by the Texas
Highway Department, the Clark and the 'Preasurer ba authorizod to draw a voucher on the Highway
