On this the 18th day of June 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner S~Tosty, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Mesa Verde Section One.

N0, 10,018 APPROVAL OF CLAIT~IS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 18th day of June 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims
and accounts against Kerr County sines the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were
approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of the Jury Fund and Road
and Bridge No. 1 Fund, as shown in the .-iinutes of Accounts Allowed on Page 927. Voucher Nos.
"- 12731 thru 12733, which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court,

N0. 10,019 OFFER TO H. L. SUBLETT FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 39 AT INGRAM
On this the pith day of June, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be offered H, L, Sublett far the conveyance of right-cf-way required
for State Highwa~j 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and approved by a majority vote
with Commissioners Stone, Bartel and Mosty voting "Aye" and Commissioner Schwethelm voting
"No" that Kerr County hereby offers to pay tho said H, L, Sublett the sum of ;p7,000.00 for land
and damages as consideration for his conveyance to the State of 'Pexas of 2.743 acres of land
out of Survey 130, F, Trevino, west of Johnson Creek, such payment to be made upon approval by
,--, the Texas Highway Department of his properly executed deed of conveyance, with payment to be
made before the conveyance is placed of record;
And it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyanc© by the Texas
Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucn.er on the Highway
39 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of w7,000.00 payable to H. L. Sublett.

On this the 18th day of June, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be offered Pink Lee and wifo, Abby Lee, for the conveyance of rioht-
of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram; and after due consideration by the Court, it
is ordered on motion by Corunissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Pink Lee and Abby Lee the
sum of a~1,000,00 for land and damages as consideration for their conveyance to the State of
Texas of 0.198 acres of land out of Survey 129, F, Trevino, in the town of Ingram, such paymont
~I to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed deed of
conveyanc©, with payment to be made before the conveyance is placed of record;
And it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance by the Texas
Highway Department, the Clark and the 'Pre asurer be authorizod to draw a voucher on the Highway
