ALEXANDER AND 'rIIFE, ROXIE ALEXANDER AND TO HILL COUNTRY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, INC., FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 39 AT INGRAM On this the 29th day of June, 1965 ca,-ne on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of amending Order No. 9998 heretofore entered by the Court on the 1Fth day of June, 1965 and recorded in Vol, t1, Page 256 of the Minutes of this Court; and after due considera- tion and negotiation, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Most}, and unanimously approved by the Court that the said Order No, 9998 be amended to read so that the total sum of cash consideration offered shall be ~i?3,1+52,00 and that one treasury voucher be issued at the time and under the circumstances therein set forth, said voucher to be in the amount of }3,452.00 and payable to Jo:m E, Alexander, Roxie Alexander and Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Association, Inc, And it is further ordered that such portions of said Order No, 9998 whereby Kerr Count) did offer to quitclaim to the said John E, and Roxie Alexander a portion of a public roadway known as Ballard Stroet and authorize the closing of samo be rescinded and deleted from such order by virtue of this order of amendment, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT AllJOURNED JUNE 29, 1965 at 10:1+0 o'clock A, M, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o The foregoing minutes from page 257 thru 261+ were read in Open Court and found correct and are hereby approved this the 12th day of July 1965.
