On this the 12th day o£ July 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of June of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and should
be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel,
the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County
Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas, Schreiner
Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official
capacity, to oi'ficars and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the
period from January 1, 1965 and leaving a balance of ~j724.45 on deposit in said Trust Fund
for the period ending June 30, 1965.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk,
