On this the 12th day of July 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of Juna of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and should
be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel,
the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County
Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 12th day of July 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M, iKuenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June, 1965 and held on deposit in the
County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of w724.45.
Also quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in tine County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of X1060.00.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court un-
animously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

On this the 12th day of July 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas, Schreiner
Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collectLOns and deposits and disbursements by her in her official
capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the
period from January 1, 1965 and leaving a balance of ~72t~.45 on d eposit in said Trust Fund
for the period ending June 30, 1965•
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, t o be filed with the County Clerk.
