Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie Ni, Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncal led for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June, 1965 and held on deposit in the
County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of w724.45.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by tho Clerk o£ said Court, in the amount of N1060.00.
It appearing to the Gourt that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court un-
animously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

On this the 12th day of July 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas, Schreiner
Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official
capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the
period from January 1, 1965 and leaving a balance of X724.45 on deposit in said Trust Fund
for the period ending June 30, 1965•
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk,

On this the 12th day of July 1905, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwathelm, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously accepted the audit of Kerr County Records for

1964 as made by the firm of Pressler, Hartman and Thompson and that their claim in the amount
of w1796,15 for their services be paid and that the Cour_ty Clerk and County Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of x;1796.15 out of the General Fund for payment
of same.

On this the 12th day of July 1965, came on to be examined by the Court Certificates of
Cancellation, Certificate Numbers 16998 thru 16999 inclusive, presented to the Court by
Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that
the reasons set out in said Certificates for the cancellation of taxes therein are good and
sufficient, it is therefore ordered by the Court that the said certificates be granted and
signed by the County Judge.

ed by the Court.

OF ELIZAB%,TH GUN'TER
On this the 12th day of July 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the application
of Juanita Reeves, 'Pax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize Elizabeth
Gunter as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is
entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be alproved; therefore on moticn made
by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that
said officer be authorized to deputize Elizabeth Gunter as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector,
at a salary of N220.00 per month, effective the date of her qualification.

Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of w10,000.00 from the General Fund
to the Officers Salary Fund.
