On this the 12th day of July 1965, came on to be examined by the Court Certificates of
Cancellation, Certificate Numbers 16998 thru 16999 inclusive, presented to the Court by
Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that
the reasons set out in said Certificates for the cancellation of taxes therein are good and
sufficient, it is therefore ordered by the Court that the said certificates be granted and
signed by the County Judge.

N0. 10028 APPROVAL OF APPLICATIOTI OF JUAiVI'!'A REEVES, `PAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR FOR DEPUTATION
OF ELIZABETH GUTiTER
On this the 12th day of July 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the application
of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize Elizabeth
Gunter as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is
entitlsd to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore on moticn made
by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that
said officer be authorized to deputize Elizabeth Gunter as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector,
at a salary of X220.00 per month, effective the date of her qualification.

On this the lath day of July 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of X10,000.00 from the General Fund
to the Officers Salary Fund.
