I10. 10038 ORDER AUTHORIZING APLICATION FUR KERR COUNTY LATERAL ROAD SURPLUS FUNDS IN ACCOUNT
-. WITH BOARD OF COUNTY AND DISTRICT ROAD INDEBTEDNESS
On this the 9tYi day of August 1965, it coming to the attention of the Court that there
will 'oe surplus funds in the amount of ~:20,861F.12 credited to the lateral road account of
Kerr County by the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness of the State of 'Texas and it
a~gearing to the Court that funds should properly be exl:ended for the purpose of construction
and improvement of lateral roads within Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Store, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by ttse Court that Karr
County request the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness to forward the said funds
to the Treasurer of Kerr County upon their becoming available; and it is further ordered that
all such funds are here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by Kerr County
for the purpose of construction and improvement of Kerr County Lateral Roads, and the
Treasurer of Kerr County be directed to deposit such funds upon their receipt in the proper
fund in the County Depository and it is further ordered that the County Clerk prepare a
certified copy of this order and forward the same to the Board of County and District Road
Indebtedness, 217 Highway Building, Austin, Texas.

Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the County
Clerk be hereby directed to issue notice by publication, with notice thereof to be published
in the official newspaper of Kerr County one time, that the Commissioners Court of Kerr County
will submit for consideration of the public, a Budget for the Control of the County Financial
Affairs during the fiscal year January 1st, 1966 to llecomber 31, 1966, the same to be at a
public hearing to be held August 2'(, 1965, at 9:00 o~clock A.i•1, in the Kerr County Commissioners
Court Room of the Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas.

for Absentee Ballots and that Election Precinct X12 Polling Place be changed from the Auld Yeuth
Center (Tivy) to Tivy High Schocl Ho:namaking Cottage at Tivy and North Streets, Kerrville.
