PIO. 10038 ORDER AUTHOttIZING AIPLICATION FOR KEHR COUNTY LATERAL ROAD SURPLUS FUNDS Iid ACCOUTIT
^ WITH BOARD OF CGUNT'Y AND DISTRICT ROAD INDEBTEDNESS
On this the 9th day of August 1965, it coming to the attention of the Court that there
will be surplus f~.ulds in the amount of w20,~64.12 credited to the lateral road account of
Kerr Gounty by the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness of the State of Texas and it
a~nearing to the Court that funds should properly be exT;ended for the purpose of construction
and improvement of lateral roads within Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr
County request the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness to forward the said funds
to the 'Preasurer of Korr County upon their becoming available; and it is further ordored that
all such funds are here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by Kerr County
for the purpose of construction and improvement of Kerr County Lateral Roads, and the
Treasurer of Kerr County be directed to deposit such funds upon their receipt in the proper
fund in the County Depository and it is further ordored that the County Clerk prepare a

On this the 9ti1 day of August 1965,after motion having been duly made by Commissioner
Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner T~losty, the Court unanimously approved that the County
Clerk be hereby directed to issue notice by publication, with notice thereof to be published
in the official newspaper of Kerr County one time, that the Commissioners Court of Kerr County
will submit for consideration of the public, a Budget for the Control of the County Financial
Affairs during the fiscal year January 1st, 1966 to December 31, 1966, the same to be at a
public hearing to be held August 2'~, 1965, at y:00 o'clock A.1~T, in the Kerr County Commissioners
Court Ruom of the Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas.

Precinct No. 16 and 0. L, Luglan be appointed Presiding Judge of the Special Canvassing Board
for Absentee Ballots and that Election Precinct r''f12 Polling Place be changed from the Auld Yeuth
Center (Tivy) to Tivy High. School Homemaking Cottage at Tivy and North Streets, Kerrville.
