PTO. 10038 ORDER AUTHORIZTNG AiPLICATION FOR KERR COUNTY LATERAL ROAD SURPLUS FUNDS IN ACCOUPIT
.. ~rtITH BOARD OF COUNTY AND DISTRICT ROAD INDEBTEDNESS
On this the 9th day of August 1965, it coming to the attention of the Court that there
will oe surplus funds in the amount of w20,~61P,12 credited to the lateral road account of
Kerr County by the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness of the State of Texas and it
a~-pearing to the Court that funds should properly be exl;ended for the purpose of construction
and improvement of lateral roads within Kerr County, it is ordored on motion by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr
County request the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness to forward the said funds
to the Treasurer of Kerr County upon their becoming available; and it is further ordered that
all such funds are here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to be used. by Tterr County
for the purpose of construction and improvement of Kerr County Lateral Roads, and the
Treasurer of Kerr County be directed to deposit such funds upon their receipt in the proper
fund in the County Depository and it is further ordered that the County Clerk prepare a
certified copy of this order and forward the same to the Board of County and District Road

Clerk be hereby directed to issue notice by publication, with notics thereof to be published
in the official nawspaper of Kerr County one time, that the Commissionors~ Court of Kerr County
will submit for consideration of the public, a Budget for the Control of the County Financial
Affairs during the fiscal year Jarnzary 1st, 1966 to llecember 31, 1966, the same to be at a
public hearing to be held August 2"(, 1965, at 9:00 o~clock A,i~i, in the Kerr County Co:nmissioners~
