A-18. Commissioners Stone and Schwethelm voted "AYE" and Cornmissionors Mosty and Bartel voted "Ii0" and County Judge Julius R. Tleunhoffer voted "NO", said motion failed to carry for lack of majority vote. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10045 ORDER APPRUUING EDWARDS PLATEAU HUNTING, FISHING ANU TRAPPING PROCLAI~lATION NO.A-1S On this the 9th day of August, 1965, came on to be considered by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, Edwards Ylateau Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation No, A-18, issued and adopted by the F'arTcs and 'Aildlife Commission of the State of Texas on the 29th day of July 1965, and it being found and determined by the Court that {1) this is the first regular meeting of such Court occurring more than five (5) days after the mooting of the Parks and tidildlife Commission at which such Proclamation was adopted; (2) prior hereto, on the 1st day of June 1965, a public nearing was held in Kerr County by an employee of the Parks and b;ildlife Commission relative to proposed Proclamation No. A-18, and (3) notice of such public hearing was given in a newspaper published in Korr County at least ten (10) days prior to the date of such hearing, and after a reading of the terms of the said proclamation all interested parties having bean given an opportunity to be heard thereon, iY, is ordered on motion by Commissioner 4o sty, seconded by Cocrunissioner Bartel, with Commissioners Mosty and BartŠ1 voting "AYE" and Commissioners Schwethelm and Steno voting "IIO" and County Judge Pleunhoffer voting "AYE", said moticn carrying by a majority vote, that the said Yrocla:nation i1o.
