Commissioners Stone and Schwethelm voted "AYE" and Cormnissioners Monty and Bartel voted "NO" and County Judge Julius R, Ideunhoffer voted "NO", said motion failed to carry for lack of majority vote. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-a N0. 1001i.5 ORDER APPROVING EDWARDS PLATEAU HTJIdTiNG, FISHING AND TRAPPING P'ROCliAMATION NO.A-18 On this the 9th day of August, 1965, came on to be considered by the Commissioners' Court ^ of Kerr County, Texas, Edwards Plateau Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation IQo. A-18, issued and adopted by the Parlts and :dildlife Commission of the State of 'Texas on the 29th day of July 1965, and it being found and determined by the Court that (1) this is the first regular meeting o£ such Court occurring more than five (5) days a`_'Ler the meeting of the Yarns and 1Jildlifo Commission at which such Proclamation was adopted; (,?) prior hereto, on the 1st day of June 1965, a public hearing was held in Kerr County by an employee of the Yarlts and Liildlife Commission relative to proposed Proclamation No. A-18, and (3) notice of such public hearing was given in a newspaper published in Kerr County at least ten (10) days prior to the date of such hearing, and after a reading of the terms of the said proclamation all interested parties having bean riven an opportunity to be heard thereon, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Niosty, seconded by Commissioner T3artol, with Cu:n:aissioners Monty and. Bartel voting "AYE" and Commissioners Schwethelm and Stoma voting "T10" and County Judge Pleunhoffer voting "AYE", said muticn carrying by a majority vetİ, that the said Proclamation No. A-18 be in all thinE;s approved by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, and that said proclamation be recorded ' verbatim in the Minutes of this Court as an appendix to this order. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
