matter of a proposed lease agreement with Dugosh Aircraft Service Co., Inc., a 'Texas Corpora-
tion, which proposed lease agreement covers 4.1 acres of the airport property jointly owned
by the City of Kerrville and Ksrr County, and it appearing to the Court that the terms of said
proposed lease agreement as submitted are acceptable and have heretofore been concurred in
by the City of Kerrvi]_1e, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schweth©lm, second©d by
Co:,~nissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be authorized
to execute the aforesaid lease agreement for and on behalY' of Kerr County, and that the Clerk
of this Court duly attest to his signature and it is further ordered that a certified copy of
this order be appended to each executed copy of the said lease, and that said lease, when
finally executed by all parties, be recorded in the minutes of the Court.

On this the 9th day of August 1965 came on to be examined by the Court the settlement
with Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for the period ending June 30, 1965 and it appear-
in; to the Court that said report is in proper form and should be approved; and
That the Tax Assessor-Collector be credited with the amounts as set forth on the current
tax roll of Insolvents, Errors, Delinquents and Discounts Allorved; also that the Tax Assessor-
Collector be charged with the amounts collected in addition to the current rolls of Insolvent
Tax Collections, Redemption and Poll Taxes, as listed on the report,
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court un-

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the said. detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
