On this the 9th day of August 1965 came on to be examined by the Court the settlement
with Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for the period ending June 30, 1965 and it appear-
in to the Court that said report is in proper form and should be approved; and
Ti~at the Tax Assessor-Collector be credited with the amounts as set forth on the current
tax roll of Insolvents, Errors, Delinquents and Discounts Allo:aed; also that the Tax Assassor-
Collector be charged with the amounts collected in addition to the current rolls of Insolvent
Tax Collections, Redemption and Poll Taxes, as listed on the report.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Steno, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court un-
animously accepted said report as submitted, to be Filed with the County Clerk, For future
reference and subject to audit.

On this the 12th day of August, 1965 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of redefining the boundaries of Election Precincts Nos, 1, 2, 3, F~, 12, 14, 15 and
17, and on motion by Commissioner Schwatnelm, seconded by Co~~1-nissioner i~losty, it is hereby
ordered that the boundaries of Election Precincts Nos, 1, 2, 3, &, 12, 11}, 15 and 17 be
redefined, with such revised boundaries to be in full force and effect for all elections held
on and after February 1, 1966 and it is further ordered that the field notes of tyre said
redefined Election Precincts be recorded in the Record of Election Precincts, that rotico
hereof be published for three consecutive weeks in the official newspaper of Barr County as
required by Article 2,04., Texas Election Code, and that a certified copy of Lha revised field
notes be furnished the `Sax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County by September 1, 1965,

Hearing in the matter of the adoption of the County Budget for the year 1966, It appearing
to the Court that proper rwticc~s have been published in the ot'ficial newspaper of Karr County
in the City- of Tiİrrville, Texas, for one week prior to the hoaring date hereof, and after
thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the Community,
the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved. Therefore, on motion
made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Corrunissicner '.~Iesty, i;he Court unanimously a; proved
the adoption of the County Budget for 1966.
