Report and Tabular Statement of Emrnie M, Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning May 1, 1965 and ending -
July 31, 19b5, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct,
Upon motion made by Commissioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, said report
was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and subject to
audit.

On this the 12th day of August, 1965 came on to be heard and considered b5 the Court
the matter of redefining the boundaries of Election Precincts Nos, 1, 2, 3, 8, 12, 11}, 1$ and
17, and on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Co,ru-nissioner I°losty, it is her©by
ordered that the boundaries of Election Precincts Tdos, 1, 2, 3, 8, 12, 11}, 15 and 17 be
redefined, with such revised boundaries to be in full force and effect for all elections held
on and after February 1, 1966 and it is further ordered that the field notes of the said
redefined Election Precincts be recorded in the Record of Election Precincts, that notice
hereof be published for three consecutive weeks in the official newspaper of Kerr County as
required by Article 2,01•_, Texas Election Code, and that a certified copy of the revised field
notes be furnished the Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr Count~~ by September 1, 1965,

On this the 27th day of August 1965 came on to be considered by the Court the Public -
Hearing in the matter of the adoption of the County 3udget for the year 1966. It appearing
to the Court that Ircper notices Nava been published in the e1'ficial newspaper of Karr County
in the City of Kerrville, Texas, for one weak prior to the hearing date hereof, and after
thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the Community,
the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved. Therefore, on motion
made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Corrunissicner .•Iosty, the Court unanimously approved
the adoption of the County Budget for 1966,
