July 31, 1965, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct,
Upon moticn made by Commissioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, said report
was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and subject to
audit.

On this the 12th day of August, 1965 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of rodefinin~ the boundaries of Election Precincts Nos, 1, 2, 3, 8, 12, 1(}, 15 and
17, and on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner i~losty, it is hereby
ordered that the boundaries of Election Precincts Nos, 1, 2, 3, 8, 12, 11}, 15 and 17 be
redefined, with such revised boundaries to be in full force and effect for all elections held
on and after February 1, 1966 and it is further ordered that the filld notes of the said
redefined Election Precincts be recorded in the Record of Election Precincts, that notice
hereof be published for three consecutive weeks in the official newspaper of Kerr County as
required by Article 2.OL{., Texas Election Code, and that a certified copy of the revised field
notes be furnished the Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County by September 1, 1965,

On this the 27th day of August 1965 came on to b© considered by the Court the Fublic
Hearing in the matter of the adcl_tion of the County Budget for the year 1966, It appearing
to the Court that proper noticss have beau published in the official newspaper of Kerr County
in the City of Kerrvills, Texas, for one week prior to tine hearing date hereof, and after
thor•~ugh examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the Community,
the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved, Therefore, on moticn
made by Conunissioner Bartel, seconded by Corunissioner I~losty, the Court unanimously approved
the adoptior. of the County Budget for 1966,
