On this the 12th day of Au;,ust, 1965 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter oI' rodefining the boundaries of Election Precincts Nos. 1, 2, 3, ~S, 12, 14, 15 and
17, and on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Comumissioner i°losty, it is hereby
ordered that the boundaries of Election Precincts Nos, 1, 2, 3, 8, 12, 14, 15 and 17 be
redefined, with such revised boundaries to be in full force and effect for all elections held
on and after February 1, 1966 and it is further ordered that the field notes of tine said
redefined 'resection Precincts be recorded in the Record o.f Election Precincts, that notico
hereof be published for three consecutive weeks in the official newspaper of Kerr County as
required by Article 2,04, Texas Election Code, and that a cart ified copy of the revised field
notes be furnished the 'Pax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County by September 1, 1965,

Hearing in the matter of the adcptien of the County Budget for the year 1966. It appearing
to tho Court that proper notices have bean published in the official newspaper of Kerr County
in the City of Kerrville, Texas, for one weak prior to tho hearing date hereof, and after
thor•~u~h examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the Community,
the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved, Therefore, on motion
made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Corwnissicner '.3osty, the Court unanimously a,-urovod
the adoption of the County Budget for 1966.
