I+i, Road 6FS9, and it furthor ar~pearing to the Court that pursuant to Urders No. 9972 and TZo, y985 entered on April 12, 196y and May 10, 1965 ti;a State of Texas has by Deed duly recorded in the Kerr County Doed Records quitclaimed the portions of abandoned Rigilt-of- t^tay reforred to in Order I3os. 9131F, whic'x~ abandoned right-of-way comprises 1.190 acres of land being 6,516 acres out of %dm.
