proposal of the Texas Highway Departsİnt tc reconstruct a portion of F, M, Road 669 in Kerr
County comprising approximately 6,2 miles of tihe existing route of said roadway and commencing
at a point 4.1 miles southeast of State Highway 1Jo, 16 and running to a point 6 miles south,
and it appearing to the Court that the reconstruction of this portion of F, I~1, goad 689 to
standards adequate to accomodate present and future traffic needs is essential and in the best
interests of both Kerr County and. the public as a whole; and it further appearing to the Court
that Kerr County will have available during the calendar year 1966 sufficient funds not other-
wise committed to procure and fence the additional right-of-way required by the 'Texas Highway
Department, it is ordered on motion by Co;nmissionar Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Stone and
unanimously approved by the Court that Korr County hereby accepts Lire proposal of the `Pexas
Highway Department to reconstruct that portion of F, i4, Road b89 in Kerr County as above set
forth and brat Kerr County hereby agrees to purchase and fence the necessar;,~ additional right-
of-v:ay required, doing so, when requested, during the calendar year 19Go; and it is furtraer
ordered that certified copies of this Order be furnished the `Texas Highway Department.

On this the 27th day of August 1965 came on tc be heard and considered by the Court the
matter o1 the execution of a quitclaim Deed by Kerr County to Bennc 1-, Wiedenfeld and wife
C1ar.ice Wiedenfeld as to two parcels of abandoned Right-of-lday of F, iii, Road o~59, and it
appearing to the Court that pursuant to Order IQo. 9131 entİred on i~iarch 17, 1962 Kerr County
did agree to request the Texas liig.rway Department to return to Kerr County certain portions
of Right-of-'uJay of F, i=l, Road 689 scheduled for abandonrnont and to in turn convey said abandon-
ed Right-of-ay to I~:r, and ss, Wiedenfeld as a portion of the consideration duo them for their
granting certain Hight-of-6Jay and Channel Easements to the State of Texas for the purpose of
relocating F, i•i, Road 669, and it farther appearing to the Court that pursuant to Urders No.
9972 and No, y98j entered on Arri.l. 12, 196y and May 10, 1965 tr,e State of 'Pexas izas by Deed
duly recorded in the Kerr County Deod ileccrds quitclaimed the portions of abandonİd Right-of-
.--. ti:~ay reforreci to in Order IQos. 9131L, wtrich abandoned right-of-way comprises 12.190 acres of land
being 6,516 acres out of i-dm, Matt Survey No. u5 and 5,671;. acres out of Wm, b^iatt Survey No, 6L},
it is trrerefore ordered on motion by Cc~~Missi.oner Schwetrrelm seconded by Corrrr:issioner Stone
and unanimousl~% approved by the Court that Kerr County small, pursuant to the provision of said
Order No, i134, deliver a ~,uitclaim Deod to Benno L, .~iedenfold and wife, Clarice Wiedenfeld as
to the 12.190 acres of abandoned Ri;Iht-of-:lay above described, and the County Judge is hereby
authorized to execute the necessary quitclaim Dood for and on behalf of Kerr County.
