saia officer be authorized to deputize Bobbie Leedy as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, at a

On this the 3rd day of Septernbor 1965 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
proposed establishment of a State Child lvelfaro Services 0£f ice in Kerr County and it appearing
to the Cc.urt that the services proposed to be rendered by the said. division of the State
Department of Public Welfare would be advantageous to the Courts, schools and other public
agencies of the County and that such useful proposed services are not nova being rendered in
Kerr and surrounding Counties, it is Grdered on metier, by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Co.rnissioner Bartel, with Commissioners Schwethelm, Mosty and Bartel vcting "AYE" and
Commissioner Stone voting "NO", said moticn carrying by a majority vote, that Kerr County
through its County Jude join in lima request of the City of Kerrville, the Kerrville Independ-
ent School DS.strict and other interested parties in requesting the Commissioner of Public
Gie7.fare to establish a State Child i^Jlfare Services Cffice in Kerr County and it is furtner
ordered that Kerr County will, ulon request, contribute an amount not in excess of y 25.00 per

month towards defraying the cost of providing; office space, utilities and janitorial services
necessary for the function of the said Child Welfare Services Office.

the Commissioner of Precinct No. 2 and aforementioned party.
