that a portion of the proposed extension of the area covered by the lease and the proposed
extension of the term of said lease are reasonable and in the best interests of the people
of Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Ccmmissicner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel,
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr Count;; grant the requested amendments to the
aforesaid lease, insofar as the request to extend the existing area of tract two of said lease
northward is concerned and as to the basic term of the lease, but not grant the request to
extend existing tract P7o. 2 to include a portion of the present public use area in the proximity
of the southeast corner of 'tract No, 2;
And it is further ordered tnat the County Judge be authorized to execute the said. lease
amendment for and on behalf of TLerr County, with tho said amendment including an extension of
the term of the lease to run for a period of hG years, co~,mencing on sucT: date in the year
1965 as may be acceptable to the City of Kerrville and the Lessors; provided, horrover, that
the authority herein ,;ranted to execute the said lease shall be exercised only upon concurranc~
of the City; of Kerrville herein and upon the further. ccndition that T4eoney Aircraft, Inc.,
-- shall first have secured a lease from the Kerr Country Industrial Founda%ion of an adjacent
35.2 acre tract of land known as the Peterson Tract; and it is furi;her orderod that the Clark

same by Octobor 1, 1965, unless granted additional time by the Texas Highway Department, with
such payment to be mado upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of their properly exo-
cuted dead of conveyance, and upon the execution by the First Tational Bank of Kerrville,
Texas of a partial release of a D'aed cf 'T'rust as to lands conveyed, frith payment to be made
before the conveyance is ,rlaced of rocord, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the
