the matter of compensation to be offered Jim Weatherby, 'Prustee, for the convey^anco of right-
of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and. after due consideration by the Court, it
is ordered on motion by Comr-~issioner Sclnaet'rzelm, seconded by Coomissioner Bartel, and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Ji?n Weatherby, 'T'rustee, the s~.ur.
of t~375.00 for land and damaoos as consideratian for his conveyance to the State of Texas in
his fiduciary capacity of 0,2911 acres of land, being a portion of the Hill Country Arts Founda-
tion Tract out of Survey 130, F, Trevino, on the west bank of Johnson Creek, with payment to be
:Wade upon approval by the Teas Highway Department of a deed properly executed by the said Jim
Weatherby, '!'rust©e, and upon the further execution of a partial release as to the land conyeyad
by the present holders of a certain vender's lion originally retained by I~Tart Cole and Cecil
Greer against the lands concerned, with payment being made before the conveyance is placed of
record, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance and partial
