Wherefore the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Election, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 5, Page 32, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the Comrr,is-
sinners' Court, upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner blosty, are un-
animously approved by the Court.

On this the 13th day of September 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the claims
and accounts filed by each election official, indicating the number of hours each had rendered
in the performance of his duties in regard to the Special Constitutional Amendment Election
held September 7, 1965.
Zt appearing to the Court that said Election Judges be paid, as per claim on file, at
$1.00 per hour and $2.00 additional for the Presiding Judges for bringing in the returns,
including the Absentee Box. ,..
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Nlosty and unanimously
approved by the Court.
