ad valorem taxes; and it appearing to the Court that the following rninimum standards of
.-. valuation should be employed to secure fair, just and equal renditions. It is therefore
ordered and the Tax Assessor of Kerr County is herewith instructed to employ the following
minimum values in taking renditions for 19bb ad valorem taxes, it being the intent of the Court
that the following values shall be a binding mimimum, but shall not be construed as in any way
constituting a maximum value. Minimum valuation herewith ORDERED are as follows, to-wit:
Cattle and horses $25.00, Goats ~2.5U, and Sheep X3.50
Ranch or grazing lands L $5.50, $4.40 and $3.30, depending on quality;
Cultivated lands L $16.50 and $11.OC, depending on quality;
Automobiles at 25io of Retail Book Values for Models 19b3 and newer, including those held
by dealers;
All other property including merchandise inventories, mobile trailer homes, air craft,
real estate not otherwise herein mentioned at not less than 25/0 of actual value.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, and adopted by the
Court, effective this date.

On this the 13th day of September 19b5, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, it was unanimously approved by the Court that upon receipt of
$20,864.12 into the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, the County Clerk and County Treasurer are
hereby directed to make the following transfers:
