ad valorem taxes; and it appearing to the Ccurt that the following minimum standards of

valuation should be employed to secure fair, just and equal renditions. It is therefore
ordered and the Tax Assessor of Kerr County is herewith instructed to employ the following
minimum values in taking renditions for 1966 ad valorem taxes, it being the intent of the Court
that the following values shall be a binding mimimum, but shall not be construed as in any way
constituting a maximum value. Minimum valuation herewith ONDERED are as follows, to-wit:
Cattle and horses $25.00, Goats $2.5U, and Sheep $3.50
Ranch or grazing lands L $5.50, $4.40 and $3.30, depending on quality;
Cultivated lands ~ $16.50 and $11.00, depending on quality;
Automobiles at 25 of Retail Book Values for Models lyb3 and newer, including those held
by dealers;
All other property including merchandise inventories, mobile trailer homes, air craft,
real estate not otherwise herein mentioned at not less than 2570 of actual value.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, and adopted by the
Court, effective this date.

by Commissioner Schwethelm, it was unanimously approved by the Court that upon receipt of
$20,$64.12 into the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, the County Clerk and County `Treasurer are
hereby directed to make the following transfers:

On this the 13th day of September 1965, upon motion made by Commmissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the request of the Hi11 Country
Telephone Coop. to use the Agriculture Exhibition Building on October 4, 1965 for their annual
meeting, at no charge except janitor service.

On this the 13th day of September 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that Vivian Shannon be appointed
Presiding Judge of Election for Election Precinct No. 7 to replace J. S. A. Spicer who resign-
ed, and that Mrs. Frank Jones be appointed Assistant Presiding Judge of Election for said
Election Precinct No. 7.
