Dowdy for his conveyance of Hight-of-Way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Solon B. Dowdy the sum of $40$.00 for land and damages as consideration for his conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.'+95 acres of land out of Survey 131, J. Beitel, said land being a portion of the said Solon B. Dowdy's separately owned and non-homestead property and consisting of two tracts of new right-of-way comprising 0.204 acres of land and 0.291 acres of land within the right-of-way of existing State Highway No. 39, with such payment to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway Deparonent
