Mayhew for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.405 acres of land for right-of-way for State Highway 39 at Ingram and it appearing to the Court after negotiations with the owners of the said tract of land that an increase in the compensation originally offered is justified, it is ordered on motion ^ by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Mosty, and unanimously approved by the Court that the compensation originally offered the said Mabel L. DOWDY FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 39 AT INGRANI On this the 13th day of September, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Solon B. Dowdy for his conveyance of Hight-of-Way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Solon B. Dowdy the sum of $40$.00 for land and damages as consideration for his conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.495 acres of land out of Survey 131, J. Beitel, said land being a porn on of the said Solon B.
