It appearing to the Court that said reports era in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Gourt un- animously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10093 ORDr'.R REDEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PRECINCTS OF KERR COUNTY, EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 1966 On this the 11th day of October 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of redefining the boundaries of the four County Commissioners Precincts of Korr County, and it appearing to the Court that pursuant to Article 5, Section 18 of the Constitution of ^,,, the State of Texas, the Commissioners Court shall, from time to time, for the convenience of the people, divide Kerr County into four Commissioners Precincts, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County shall be, as of the effective date of this order, divided into four Commis- sioners Precincts as hereinafter described by metes and bounds, and that, pursuant to the authority contained in Article 2351 1/2, Vernon's Annotated 'Faxes Civil Statutes, the provisions of this order shall become effective on February 1, 1966 and be in effect thereafter until altered by proper and lawful order or statute. The Boundaries of the Four Commissioners Precincts of Kerr County are hereby defined effective February 1, 1966, by metes and bounds as follows: COMMISSIONERS PRECINCT NUMBER ONE BEGINNING at the point where the East Right-of-Way Line of State Highway 16 intersects the common boundary line of Kerr and Gillespie Counties; `PHENCE, Southwesterly with the East Right-of-Way Line of State Highway 16, crossing Interstate Highway No. 10 and continuing with I^ said East Right-of-Way line to a point marking the North corner of the 3.1 acre Violet .Montgomery tract; TFIEiVCE SE, with the NE line of the said Montgomery tract and the Norther- most NE boundary of the Kerrville Municipal Golf Course to its extreme Northeast corner; THENCE Southwesterly with the Easterly boundary of the existing corporate limits of the Gity
