It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Gommissioner Bartel, the Court un- animously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10093 ORDEi3 REDEFTNING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONr;R5 PRECINCTS OF KERR COUNTY, EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 1966 On this the 11th day of October 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of redefining the boundaries of the four County Commissioners Precincts of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that pursuant to Article 5, Section 18 of the Constitution of ~,,, the State of Texas, the Commissioners Court shall, from time to time, for the convenience of the people, divide Kerr County into four Commissioners Precincts, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County shall be, as of the effective date of this order, divided into four Gommis- sinners Precincts as hereinafter described by metes and bounds, and that, pursuant to the authority contained in Article 23y1 1/2, Vernon's Annotated 'Pexas Civil Statutes, the provisions of this order shall become effective on February 1, 1966 and be in effect thereafter until altered by proper and lawful order or statute.
